We have another set of Panhead covers left. These can be used for Evo engines but are also suitable for Sportster.
If you are interested, let us know soon because else they’re gone!
If you build a vintage hardtail and want some extra comfort, a shock absorber with a modern spring system is the solution.
This time we’ve chosen to work with levers.
For customer Bert we have built a hardtail with an evo block and a 5 speed gearbox. This is fitted with thick spoke wheels, which is very popular at the moment.

The attacKIT type chopper and the attacKIT type bobber. Both are also available with an additional option, were the attacKIT is suitable for a wide rear tire.
If you are building a chopper with ‘holes’ in various parts, this jiffy can’t be missed.
We’ve chosen for a very high quality jiffy that’s made in Holland, because a jiffy that breaks down is never good!
No customer is the same and that’s good, because then we can use different parts for the build. The Hotrod Go series with knurled steps are intended to weld on your frame.
The rough construction for the KH Sportster is almost ready and we’ve put on the finishing touches.
Including the copper oil lines and brake drum that we’ve adapted for the I Beam springer.
Rino wanted something different, something wild. In the barn he still had a Sportster Evo 4.
He was drawn to 240mm rear tire and a long springer fork which stood low. A rib Sportster tank, oil tank with holes, and this extends to the forward controls, battery box, handlebar and rear fender.
When he first viewed the structural work Rino had a ‘smile’ from ear to ear!
To put on the “finishing touches” we’ve covered the aluminum handles with leather.
We have manufactured a Softail frame for the Sportster with holes in the rear. The dimensions are from a bobber with a 200 mm rear tire.
These risers, with a distance of 5 cm from the heart, are ideal in order to obtain a low effect of the handlebar. The risers have a nice slim foot and come in black or chrome.
For David we’ve built a Vintage Boardtracker with a ribbed theme. The single downtube frame with powder-coated 23-inch wheels and the retro jumper can not be ignored, of course.

The shift pedal on the Sportster KH is on the rightside. Because this is not the most ideal situation, we put the foot pedal from the rightside to left at the customer’s request.
Through the use of an axle, levers and rods we give a vintage look to the Boardtracker.
The photo shows a springer with a short length, the difference is that the eye of the brake rod higher is attached on the right side, which is favorable for the braking action. With a L&L brake plate you can attach the original caliper again.
This jumper has a reasonable price of € 1195.-
