The paintwork of customer Pieter has become British Racing Green.
We are still waiting for the last parts and then, weather permitting, the first test laps!
Gooseneck frame for Panhead engine
Denis has a chopper shop in France and was looking for a frame for a Panhead.
This is wat we created, a Gooseneck Hardtail with a slightly thicker tube than what we usually use. Giving it a slightly different look.
Swedish bright spot in the dark days before Christmas
Customer Henri and his girlfriend came by to check the frame proportions, which resulted in a big smile!
Softail
Customer Rob goes for a Softail with 280 rear tire.
We will make it a fat bobber with a fat tank and a bobber handlebar.
Horseshoe oil tank
We manufactured an oil tank for customer Raf.
Stainless steel plate is a nice material to make a horseshoe oil tank. Naturally TIG welded for a neat, clean and strong connection.
We bend fixed stainless steel pipes for the connection.
Sporty Boardtracker
For the enthusiastic customer Heiko we started with the structural work.
His wish is to use hole patterns on the forward controls, battery box and mounts. Furthermore, an oval oil tank and a sporty tank with an extra deep tunnel which gives a fast look.
To be continued.
Car tire
Henry, customer since 1996, came by with a block and gear-box. After a cup of coffee, he indicated that he had some ideas again for an extremely new project.
We were allowed to work with a car tire, it has been a long time since we mounted one, but the look is great!
Hardtail with open headset
Customer Bernard wanted an open headset and as you know we are open to the wishes of the customer.
It certainly gives a nice look to the engine, but is constructively exciting.
Unique frames
We have been able to make a few beautiful frames at the request of customers.
This time a frame with ribs in the front tube, this design will be reflected in the design of the motorcycle.
The Chopper frame is equipped with rear axle castings. The special thing about this is that it is suitable for the ¾ inch rear axle (19 mm), so you do not need adapter bushes. This is the case with all other castings.
The Bend Over Highneck Chopper
We opted for a tribal motif for the rear fender and a housing for the rear light.
Triumph Boardtracker
Construction is progressing nicely, with the wheels and exhausts mounted it is already starting to look quite good!
Old Skool Chopper
The moment Miriam saw Sarah, she thought it was time to realize her dream of building an Old Skool Chopper.
The wish was to work with a 200 mm rear tire and a matching high front wheel.
Miriam also wanted a black springer front fork with a small brake disc and black brake caliper.
The apehanger with an IL tank makes it complete.
Sportster 2006 Softail for Jordi
Customer Jordi has ordered a bicycle parts from L&L, consisting of a custom Softail frame, wheels and various other parts.
Jordi was already well on his way with the design because he already had, among other things, a special oil tank and rear mudguard.
We helped with the last things and see here the result!
The Swedish Chopper is back
Good example is good to follow. By showing Yuri’s Swedish Chopper, the enthusiasm is back.
This is the bicycle part for customer Hans, consisting of a custom frame and a rear wheel. We will collect another Flow-Glide fork to length and a 23 inch front wheel and then Hans can go wild on the design!
Bag for Arthur
A nice completion of the last winter jobs.
For the bag we made a metal back plate with fasteners and had it covered with saddle leather.
Because of the same carvings and patterns that have been used in the saddle, it has become a beautiful whole.
