This frame is suitable for transferring all the parts to the donor bike. With the standard fork you’ll also have a low ground clearance which is a must to make an Old Skool Chopper.

For Michel we’re going to build a chopper where different styles are going to be used. The different styles are combined in a new style called “Vintage New Generation.”
So we will use an Early Shovel block which has 1600 cc. This type comes from the same year as Michel’s birth. The 5 gearbox is fitted with a kicker and Hydra clutch.
For the wheels, we use 10-spoke aluminum wheels with a sleek appearance and it is braked by drum brakes.
On this project we’ve made everything thicker for the customer. A 200mm front tire with an extra thick and wide springer and a softail frame with extra thick tubes. Not to mention a 1600 cc Panhead block and a 240 mm rear tire.

Customer Arie has let us build this chopper with only modern parts. You can see our DF Dragstyle Softail frame for a 280 mm rear tire, thick black L&L Fat-glide fork and striking Contrast Cut wheels.
We also made a petrol tank with the flowing lines of the chopper, a matching handlebar and of course a few wild performed black exhausts.
Here you can see a hardtail frame with an I-Beam connection between the block and the triple tree. This frame is made for a Dyna TwinCam block and transmission. Further more we have a 18-inch rear wheel with brass spoke nipples and a 200 tire mounted on the chopper. The front wheel is 23-inch.
The rear fork of the springer is an I-beam design and the front of the springer is going to be something special. The tank, exhaust pipes and rear fender are also Homemade.
Hans and Annemieke already had the KH for several years at home to restore, but maybe you know the program; My husband is a handyman … !?
The KH 1956 sportster sits between the Liberator and the Ironhead Sportster. It is an engine that we have not used before. For the design we chose a hardtail with a single downtube. The front and rear wheel are both 21 inches. Both back and front with the original drum brakes and special tires.
The springer is in an I Beam version and many details will follow!
Customer Fred bought at L&L the main components in order to build a chopper in the Jesse James style.
