We have manufactured a Softail frame for the Sportster with holes in the rear. The dimensions are from a bobber with a 200 mm rear tire.

Photoshoot – David’s Sportster Boardtracker with 23 inch wheels
For David we’ve built a Vintage Boardtracker with a ribbed theme. The single downtube frame with powder-coated 23-inch wheels and the retro jumper can not be ignored, of course.

Forward controle for the KH
The shift pedal on the Sportster KH is on the rightside. Because this is not the most ideal situation, we put the foot pedal from the rightside to left at the customer’s request.
Through the use of an axle, levers and rods we give a vintage look to the Boardtracker.
Black NG Retro Springer (30375WE)
The photo shows a springer with a short length, the difference is that the eye of the brake rod higher is attached on the right side, which is favorable for the braking action. With a L&L brake plate you can attach the original caliper again.
This jumper has a reasonable price of € 1195.-

Stainless steel brakeline for the Old Skool Chopper for Yuri
Yuri helps us out most of the times with some odd jobs during the fair and open days. With some guidance from Paul he is finishing his Old Skool Chopper.
At present he is working on the brakeline. A flexible one is most commonly used, but this time we didn’t want that! Therefore, this time we’ve opted for a fixed brakeline. This is being put in place with chrome brackets.

Buell Hardtail
René, the client, wanted to use as many parts of its donor Buell to make it useful and fast.
The hardtail is suitable for the Buell tire width and fork.
Furthermore, we have implemented it with a short rear fender, round oil tank, rough exhaust kit, handcrafted seat and a small Sportster tank to give the bike a rough appearance.
For the switching gears and brake control we’ve used forward controls.

Highneck Chopper for Michel
We are now moving ahead with the build of the Highneck for Michel.
The engine, transmission and rear wheel are aligned, and the hydraulic drum brake is mounted. A gold colored chain is used to transfer the power to the rear wheel.

To connected the frame we’ve used sleeves, so we can get the old frame look and feel. They are going to be chromed.

Photoshoot – Kings and Queens for Richard
A customer who has reached the age of 60 already drove for a while on his original Sportster with Kings and Queens seat, but didn’t get the 70’s feeling from it.
He contacted us and asked how we could solve this. See here the result a 2011 Sportster with softail frame and a hardtail look.

DF Softail Frame New Generation
1600CC Lowrider for Johan
Johan a customer wanted to build a bike and had some specific needs. First, he wanted a nice engine. He also wanted to have airsuspension so that the bike can be lowered on its frame when parking. The front and rear wheels needed to have wide rims, fat tires and special drum brakes. Last but not least he wanted a specially made extra solid Springer fork.
And if we also wanted to make sure that the bike as a whole would have a real Bobber look. This is what we have made so far.

Early Shovel Chopper
We started with the construction of a Highneck Chopper for Michel. We’re going to use an Early Shovel block and a 5-speed with kickstarter.
The hardtail frame is specifically built to let the smooth lines come out nicely. Both the above and rear tubes are curved in a radius. The wheels are from billet aluminum and the brakesystem will be a hydra drum brake.
