From earlier on, the Springer had a mechanical drum brake with cable. Very nice but you couldn’t count on it too much.
For this construction we chose a drum brake with hydraulic power and also a nice look!

You’ve probably already seen a few photos come by from Yuri’s AttacKIT, but now we’ve got the full photoshoot! For the photos click here: Yuri’s AttacKIT
A little recap:
To build a simple Sportster chopper, that was Yuri’s intention, who lives just a stone’s throw away from L&L Choppers. But, as you can see, it has not stayed simple!
We have another set of Panhead covers left. These can be used for Evo engines but are also suitable for Sportster.
If you are interested, let us know soon because else they’re gone!
For customer Bert we have built a hardtail with an evo block and a 5 speed gearbox. This is fitted with thick spoke wheels, which is very popular at the moment.

The attacKIT type chopper and the attacKIT type bobber. Both are also available with an additional option, were the attacKIT is suitable for a wide rear tire.
If you are building a chopper with ‘holes’ in various parts, this jiffy can’t be missed.
We’ve chosen for a very high quality jiffy that’s made in Holland, because a jiffy that breaks down is never good!
No customer is the same and that’s good, because then we can use different parts for the build. The Hotrod Go series with knurled steps are intended to weld on your frame.
Rino wanted something different, something wild. In the barn he still had a Sportster Evo 4.
He was drawn to 240mm rear tire and a long springer fork which stood low. A rib Sportster tank, oil tank with holes, and this extends to the forward controls, battery box, handlebar and rear fender.
When he first viewed the structural work Rino had a ‘smile’ from ear to ear!
To put on the “finishing touches” we’ve covered the aluminum handles with leather.
