We recently made a short clip while we starten the KH 1952 Sportster. This time a clip while starting and test driving!
This KH Sportster falls in between the Liberator and the Ironhead Sportster and is something that we have not used before.
Customer Richy is every year in Saint Tropez to look at the different creations at the annual “Chopper and Custom Show”.
After years of thinking about joining the show, he went looking for the style that attracted him.
Rightly so he arrived at the Boardtracker style, Richy went for the L&L (drag) Boardtracker.
The seating position is lower so that you’re more seated in the engine and not on it.
Furthermore, there are many beautiful details such as a 20s tank, L&L Style Leaf jumper, boardtracker handlebar, changing gear along side the tank, panhead covers, kickstarter and much more …
On to Saint Tropez!
Client Marc is hired by yacht owners as a captain to sail on the sunny Mediterranean Sea. Marc asked us to build a bike that looked rough and that he could use to show off at his employers.

Here some bikes that were built a while back but we had yet to work out the pictures.
With this project we used as many parts of the donor engine as possible.
With this we went a little further to assemble powder-coated wheels and a springer.
This bike was delivered rough, we kept it that way and with the fork down it gives it a rugged appearance.
This Highneck is good in proportion, except for the apehanger, we have replaced this with a K&N handlebar.
Test drive on the freshly finished creation for Youngster Rino.
We can fulfill the wish of Youngster Rino. At this moment we are testing.
It remains, even after 30 years, a kick to start the first round on a freshly completed creation.

It has been a while since we were allowed to build a Highneck Chopper. The customer Peter got the heart of the chopper, the engine, from his old chopper.
We have re-used the engine, gearbox and the transmission. See here the end result. We have used a hardtail frame, long springer front fork and black powder coated wheels and various beautiful details.
This Evo Sportster 5 speed is again the basis for a project to achieve a Bobber or Old Skool look.
This engine is sold for € 3,850.00.
If you use a Bobber, Medium or Chopper frame with oil tank for € 1,495.00 you can build your dream machine in your spare hours.
If you are unable to realize this building project yourself, we will gladly help!
The KH 1952 Sportster falls in between the Liberator and the Ironhead Sportster. It is something that we have not used before.
For the design we opted for a Hardtail with a single downtube.
The front and rear wheel are both 21 inch. Both the rear and the front have the original drum brakes and are fitted with special tires.
The springer is in an I Beam version with lots of details such as a 20s tank with homemade cap, an oil tank with see through glasses and copper pipes, a boardtracker seat and the foot switch that has been brought from right to left!
